RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr Trevor Fowler has resigned as an executive director from the board of
directors of Murray & Roberts with immediate effect and has given notice of his
resignation to the Group. Mr Fowler joined Murray & Roberts in September 2009
and held executive responsibility for the Murray & Roberts construction
businesses in SADC.
Mr Nigel Harvey will succeed Mr Fowler in his executive responsibility for these
businesses including Murray & Roberts Marine as well as the construction
business in the Middle East.
The Group wishes Mr Fowler well in his future endeavours and extends its
appreciation for his services to the Group.
