NEWFUNDS (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED ("NEWFUNDS MANCO")
Further to the announcement released on SENS yesterday, to provide clarity,
security holders are advised that Edwin Marcus Letty and Edward Montagu Southey
have been appointed as non-executive directors to the board of NewFunds Manco,
with effect from 24 June 2011.
