Further to Keaton Energy`s preliminary summarised audited group results for the
year ended 31 March 2011, published on the Securities Exchange News Service on
22 June 2011, shareholders are advised that the Keaton Energy Annual Report for
the year ended 31 March 2011 was published today on its website
(www.keatonenergy.co.za) and contains no modifications to the aforementioned
published preliminary summarised results. Annual Reports have been submitted for
printing and will be mailed as soon as practicable.
Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting of Keaton Energy will
be held at the Ultramarine Room, The Forum/The Campus, 57 Sloane Street,
Bryanston, 2191, South Africa on Thursday, 26 August 2011 at 09h00, to transact
the business as stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting forming part
of the Annual Report.
