FULFILMENT OF CONDITIONS PRECEDENT AND CLOSING: DESTINY ELECTRONIC COMMERCE
(PROPRIETARY) LIMITED ("DESTINY E-COMMERCE")
BCX and UCS shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcements
released by each of the Companies on the Securities Exchange News Service of
the JSE Limited on 24 May 2011 and by BCX on 2 June 2011 relating to the
disposal of BCX`s 70% shareholding in and all of its loan claims against
Destiny E-Commerce ("the Disposal").
In this regard, shareholders are advised that all conditions precedent to the
Disposal have now been fulfilled and accordingly the Disposal will be
effective from today, 30 June 2011.
