NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The company confirms that there was no change in the reviewed provisional
condensed consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 December 2010
released on SENS on 25 March 2011 and the annual report.
The annual report, which has been posted today, contains a notice of annual
general meeting for the Company, which will be held at Arcay House II, Number 3
Anerley Road, Parktown, Johannesburg at 10h00 on Thursday, 21 July, 2011 at
10h00.
The board of directors of the Company has determined that the record date for
the purpose of determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to
receive notice of this annual general meeting is Thursday 30 June 2011 and the
record date for purposes of determining which shareholders of the Company are
entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 15
July 2011.
Accordingly, only shareholders who are registered in the register of members of
the Company on Friday, 15 July 2011 will be entitled to participate in and vote
at the annual general meeting.
