CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME - REVISED SALIENT DATES
Further to the announcements released on 24 May 2011 and 15 June 2011, advising
shareholders of the proposed effective dates of the company`s new details,
shareholders are advised that due to administrative delays at the office of the
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission, the special resolution relating
to the change of name of "Gold Reef Resorts Limited" to "Tsogo Sun Holdings
Limited" has not yet been registered. The dates previously provided will
therefore no longer apply.
A finalisation announcement confirming the revised salient dates will be
published in due course.
