NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the integrated report and consolidated audited
annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2011 were, due to the
volume, posted to shareholders over two days, yesterday and today and contains
no material changes to the reviewed preliminary results that were announced on
SENS and published in the press on 16 May 2011 and 17 May 2011 respectively.
The consolidated audited annual financial statements incorporate a notice of
annual general meeting, which meeting will be held in Talk 200, Vodacom World,
082 Vodacom Boulevard, Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa on Thursday 4 August
2011 at 11:00 (SA time).
