RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The Board of Directors of Grand Parade Investments Limited (GPI) hereby
announces that its Chief Executive Officer, Adrian Funkey, has resigned with
effect 30 June 2011. His departure is by agreement between the parties. The
Board wishes to thank Adrian for his contribution and wishes him well for the
future.
Mr Hassen Adams the Executive Chairperson will assume the duties of the Chief
Executive Officer, in the interim.
