CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of IFCA ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that, with effect from 30 June 2011:
Mr Mike Gahagan ("Mike") has resigned as an independent non-executive director
and the chairman of the audit committee; and
Mr Noel Doyle ("Noel") has been appointed as an independent non-executive
director and the chairman of the audit committee.
The Board would like to thank Mike for his dedicated service and contribution to
the Company.
Noel, who qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Ireland in 1988, is a Fellow of
the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a CA (SA). Following six
years with PricewaterhouseCoopers specialising in Financial Services and
Hospitality, and three years with Southern Sun Hotels, in 1998 Noel joined Tiger
Brands Limited and after serving in various General Mangement and Financial
roles he joined the Board of Tiger Brands Limited in 2005 following his
appointment as Chief Financial Officer. He has also served on the boards of
Oceana Group Limited, Sea Harvest Corporation (Proprietary) Limited, and Chilean
based company, Empressas Carozzi. Noel is currently the Chief Executive Officer
of Nando`s Southern Africa.
The Board welcomes Noel and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
