POSTPONEMENT OF SALIENT DATES
Shareholders are advised that due to a delay in the registration with the
Companies and Intellectual Properties Commission of the change of name of the
company as well as other special resolutions, the salient dates for the change
of name and conversion of shares to no par value shares has been postponed.
New salient dates will be announced as soon as the special resolutions have been
registered.
