Messrs James Faircliff and Guy Moretti have resigned from the board of Simmers
with effect from 1 July 2011.
Kevin Wakeford has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with
effect from 1 July 2011; and Gareth Rees has been appointed as a non-executive
director to the board of Simmers with effect from 1 July 2011.
