WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT RE RUSTENBURG PROPERTIES
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement issued on 20 May 2011
in respect of the acquisition by a wholly owned subsidiary of RBA of tenanted
sectional title units and single quarters in Rustenburg for investment and
rental purposes. The purchase agreement was subject to certain conditions
precedent.
Shareholders are advised that finance could not be obtained on terms and
conditions acceptable to RBA. Consequently the agreement lapsed and the
cautionary announcement is hereby withdrawn.
