Appointment of Independent Non Executive Director
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Mr Itumeleng Kgaboesele has been appointed as an independent
non executive director of the company with effect from 1 July 2011.
Mr Kgaboesele is a Chartered Accountant (SA). He holds a BCom as well as a Post
Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town. He is the co-
founder and chief executive officer of Sphere Holdings (Pty) Limited, a leading
investment holding and private equity company. Prior to founding Sphere, he
spent several years in investment banking in London and Johannesburg and was
Vice President - Investment Banking at Citigroup.
