NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of Metrofile shareholders will be
held at 09:30 at Sabvest, Ground Floor, Building Four, 39 Rivonia Road,
Sandhurst on 4 August 2011.
Pursuant to the promulgation of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Act"), the
following special resolutions must be passed to comply with the Act:
- Special Resolution No. 1 - FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO RELATED OR INTER-RELATED
ENTITIES WITHIN THE COMPANY.
- Special Resolution No. 2 - PAYMENT OF DIRECTORS` REMUNERATION
The notice of meeting will be posted to shareholders, recorded in the share
register on 5 July 2011, on 6 July 2011.
