CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, holders of Bips Inflation X securities are notified that Marilyn
Ramplin has been appointed as a non executive director of Bips Investment
Managers (Pty) Limited ("Bips Manco") with effect from 22 June 2011, subject to
FSB approval. Furthermore, Yusuf Wadee has resigned as an executive director of
Bips Manco with effect from 22 June 2011.
