The Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advise that the auditor`s
reviewed report on the above company`s provisional results for the year ended 28
February 2011 has been qualified and also contains a modification. Shareholders
are advised to refer to the provisional results announcement and subsequent
clarification announcement to ascertain the details of the qualification and
modification.
Accordingly, the company`s listing on the JSE TRADELECT system will be annotated
with an "A and E" to indicate the qualification and modification. The
annotations will be removed when the auditor`s report no longer contains a
qualification and modification.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
