CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of IFCA ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Khanya Motshabi ("Khanya") has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director with effect from 5 July 2011.
Khanya is the Managing Director of Equillore Group. He has had a varied career
spanning seventeen years in businesses such as life assurance, asset management,
private equity and empowerment finance. He has acted as Assistant General
Manager of Southern Life and served as Chief Executive Officer of Futuregrowth
and the National Empowerment Fund, of which he was a founding member. Khanya has
also served on the boards of companies operating in employee benefits, asset
management, banking and securities exchange.
The Board welcomes Khanya and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
