RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the General Meeting of Chrometco held today, 6
July 2011, the special resolution to dispose of the Rooderand subsidiaries to
DCM Chrome in terms of section 112 of the Companies Act was not passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
The ordinary resolution for any director to implement the resolution was passed
by the requisite majority of shareholders.
