June 2011, and are advised that the Proxy Form, erroneously, did not make
provision for all the resolutions to be voted on and has subsequently been re-
printed.
The revised Proxy Form will be posted to shareholders today.
Shareholders are advised that the Notice of Annual General Meeting contained in
the Annual Report as posted on 30 June 2011 and its content has not changed.
