Tobacco Employee Share Ownership Plan that on 6 July 2011 the following
executive director and other persons discharging managerial responsibility
(together the "Participants") had purchased ordinary shares of 25p each in
British American Tobacco p.l.c. (the "Shares") by way of the Partnership Share
Scheme at a price of 2796.5 pence per Share.
