DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SHARES IN CAPESPAN GROUP LIMITED ("CAPESPAN")
In accordance with regulation 98(3) of the Companies Regulations, 2011, the
public is hereby advised that Zeder, through its wholly owned subsidiary Zeder
Financial Services Limited, has acquired additional Capespan shares in the
market as set out in the table below:

Zeder, through Zeder Financial Services Limited, now owns approximately 36.1% of
the issued share capital of Capespan, excluding treasury shares. Accordingly the
general offer to Capespan shareholders, as announced on SENS on 14 June 2011,
has now become a mandatory offer, in terms of section 123 of the Companies Act.
