In accordance with paragraph 4.25 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements,
noteholders are advised that Fitch Ratings-London/Johannesburg has affirmed MTN
Group Limited`s National Long-term rating at `AA-(zaf)` and upgraded its
National Short-term rating to `F1+(zaf)` from `F1(zaf)`. The agency has also
affirmed Mobile Telephone Networks Holdings (Proprietary) Limited`s senior
unsecured rating at `AA-(zaf)`.
