Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 15 June 2011 and 1 July
2011 insofar the postponement of the salient dates for the change of name of
the Company and conversion of its shares to no par value shares due to a
delay in the registration with the change of name and other special
resolutions with the Companies and Intellectual Properties Commission
("Cipcom").
Further to the above, shareholders are informed that the Company has since
received confirmation from Cipcom that the requisite special resolutions have
been duly registered.
Accordingly, the salient dates applicable to the change of name and the
issuance of no-par value shares are as follows:
