DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - QUARTER ENDED 30 JUNE 2011
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Pty) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited, respectively) have resolved
to make a distribution to holders of Satrix Fini securities recorded in the
register in respect of the quarter ended 30 June 2011. This distribution will:
Be an amount of 14.31 cents (R0.1431) per Satrix Fini security;
Be constituted entirely by:
- 14.12 cents in respect of dividends; and
- 0.10 cents in respect of interest;
- 0.09 cents in respect of scrip lending;
Be made to all holders of Satrix Fini securities recorded in the register on
Friday, 24 June 2011; and
Be effected on 18 July 2011.
