APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM COMPANY SECRETARY
Further to the listing of Mpact on the JSE mainboard today, 11 July 2011 and in
compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following information
is disclosed:
Mpact is pleased to announce the appointment of William Somerville as interim
Company Secretary with effect from 11 July 2011.
William was formerly Group Company Secretary of Absa, a position he held for 12
years until October 2007. He has extensive experience in company secretarial and
corporate governance matters and now provides company secretarial services on an
outsourced basis.
The board of Mpact has initiated a process to appoint an in-house company
secretary and an announcement will be made when this appointment is finalised.
