FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on
27 May 2011 advising that the company had received a non-binding expression of
interest in a transaction that may result in an offer being made to shareholders
for their shares in the company and the delisting of the company`s shares from
the JSE Limited.
Discussions are continuing and accordingly, pending any further announcements,
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their
Universal shares.
