requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received
formal notification in the prescribed form that Firstrand Bank Limited trading
as Rand Merchant Bank ("Rand Merchant Bank"), has acquired a interest in the
securities of the Company, such that the total interest in the securities of the
Company held by Rand Merchant Bank has increased to 15.65% of the total issued
share capital of the Company.
