FirstRand Bank Limited (T/A Rand Merchant Bank) have notified the Company that
it`s holding of accounts under management has increased in the Company from
1.22% to 5.47%. Accordingly, FirstRand Bank Limited`s holdings represent 5.47%
of the voting rights in the Company.
