DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON SATRIX 40 ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES -
("STXIDF")
With reference to the distribution announcement, the Managers and Trustees of
SATRIX 40 (STX40) have declared a Distribution in the form of a dividend of
16.64 cents, 0.10 cents in respect of interest and 0.24 cents in respect of
scrip lending income per Satrix 40 security payable on the 18 July 2011 to
ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 24 June 2011.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Distribution Securities,
STXIDF, will receive a SATRIX 40 distribution in the form of a dividend of
16.64 cents, 0.10 cents in respect of other income and 0.24 cents in respect
of scrip lending income per ordinary share to ordinary shareholders payable
on the 18 July 2011, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
