DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of
the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that FirstRand Bank
Limited (trading as Rand Merchant Bank)("FirstRand") has notified Brimstone that
it has acquired a beneficial interest in ordinary shares of the company, such
that the total beneficial interest of Brimstone ordinary shares held by
FirstRand is now 10.98% of the total issued Brimstone ordinary shares (BRT).
