WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 25 February
2011 and the subsequent renewals thereof on 12 April 2011, 16 May 2011 and
30 June 2011, and are advised that the Company is not longer continuing with
negotiations relating to a possible acquisition.
Caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing
in their securities.
