TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (the "JSE"), listed
companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are
satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial
results for the next period to be reported on will vary by more than 20% from
those of the previous corresponding period or from a profit forecast previously
provided to the market in relation to such period.
Shareholders are advised that the company expects to report a reduced loss per
share and headline loss per share for the year ended 30 June 2011 compared to
what was published for the previous year ended 30 June 2010.
The year on year loss per share and corresponding headline loss per share for
the year ended 30 June 2011 is expected to be between 60% and 80% lower than
previously published results representing an improvement on the prior year.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company`s
auditors.
