In terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, Purple Capital hereby renews the
cautionary announcement dated 31 May 2011 relating to the potential acquisition
of a significant player in the sports betting industry, which if successfully
concluded may have a material effect on the price of the company`s shares.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the company`s shares until a further announcement is made.
