released on SENS on 30 June 2011, wherein Vunani announced the acquisition
of 20 million BSI ordinary shares through its wholly owned subsidiary
Vunani Capital Proprietary Limited from Longfellow Family Trust and the
Denbigh Family Trust (collectively, "the trusts") The trusts are the family
trusts of Mr William Battershill.
In compliance with the terms of paragraph 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the company hereby discloses the following
director`s dealings in the company`s shares:
