CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of IFCA ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Zacharias Johannes van Niekerk ("Sagie"), currently a non-executive
director, has been appointed as an executive director and Chief Executive
Officer of the Company, replacing Mr Anthony Mark Barnard ("Anthony") who
retains an executive function, with effect from 15 July 2011.
The Board would like to thank Anthony for his contribution as Chief Executive
Officer and looks forward to his continued contribution as an executive director
of IFCA.
The Board wishes Sagie well in his new role as Chief Executive Officer.
