CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with article 52.1 of the company`s articles of association, Ethan
Dube is to retire from office at the annual general meeting of the company to be
held during October 2011.
Ethan, who has served as a non-executive director of the company since 11
October 2006, has advised that, although being eligible, he will not be offering
himself for re-election.
The board thanks Ethan for his contribution over the years.
