NOTICE OF INTERIM DIVIDEND
Shareholders are advised that the board of the Company has declared a cash
dividend of 2.14 euro cents per share in respect of the five months ending 31
July 2011.
The salient dates and times of the dividend for shareholders on the European
share register and shareholders on the South African share register are set out
below.

Announcement of Euro to Rand conversion rate on Friday, 22 July
Last day to trade on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Friday, 29 July
JSE in order to be eligible for the dividend on
Trading commences ex-dividend on the Luxembourg Stock Monday, 1 August
Exchange and JSE on
Record date for shareholders recorded on the European Friday, 5 August
and South African share registers on
Payment date Friday, 12 August
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, 1
August 2011 and Friday, 5 August 2011, both days included and transfer between
the European and South African share registers may not take place during that
period.
