NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of ACTOWERS` shareholders
will be held on Wednesday 17 August 2011 at 10:00 at Africa Cellular Corporate
Park, 10 Tennyson Drive, Tulisa Park, Johannesburg, to transact the business as
stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting.
The Annual Report will be posted to shareholders today, Friday 15 July 2011.
The Annual Report contains no modifications to the audited condensed financial
results which were published on Friday 20 May 2011.
A copy of the Annual Report will be available on the company`s website
www.africacellular.co.za on Monday, 18 July 2011.
