securities of the Company held by The Fisk Trust is now 8.16%. Mr K Abdulla now
holds 8.48%, directly and indirectly, of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby further advised that the Company has received a formal notification in
the prescribed form that Miramare Investments (Pty) Limited ("Miramare
Investments") has acquired an interest in the securities of the Company, such
that the total interest in the securities of the Company held by Miramare
Investments is now 6.13% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
