TRADING STATEMENT
South Ocean Holdings` headline earnings per share and earnings per share for the
6 months ended 30th June 2011 are expected to between 25% to 35% lower than for
the corresponding prior period. As reported in the corresponding prior period,
headline earnings per share was 15.9 cents per share and the earnings per share
was 16.1 cents per share.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by South Ocean Holdings` auditors. The unaudited results
for the 6 months ended 30th June 2011 are expected to be published on or about
the 27th July 2011.
