WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
African Brick shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released
on the Securities Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 24 March 2011, 10
May 2011 and 23 June 2011, relating to the disposal of portion 554 (a portion of
portion 543) of the farm Boschkop, No. 199 I.Q Honeydew ("the Honeydew
property").
Negotiations regarding the disposal of the Honeydew property have been
terminated and shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required when
dealing in the Company`s securities.
