CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TREMATON
The board of directors of Trematon is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr. Jonathan Philip Fisher as independent non-executive director to the company
with effect from 20 July 2011.
Jonathan is a senior corporate finance executive at Bridge Capital where he
has been involved in numerous transactions across various sectors.
Jonathan has also performed the role of COO of media company Moneyweb Holdings
and spent five years at Dimension Data in various roles.
