CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders of GPI are hereby advised that Miss Dhanasagree
(Daisy) Naidoo has resigned as independent non-executive director of the
Company with effect from Tuesday, 19 July 2011.
The board wishes to thank Miss Naidoo for her contributions during her
tenure as an independent non-executive director of the company and wishes
her well with her future endeavors.
In compliance with rule 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders of GPI are hereby further advised that the Board has
appointed Mr Ralph Gordon Freese as non-executive director of the Company.
His appointment takes effect from today.
Ralph has enjoyed a long and productive association with GPI having served
as a director of the Company for some 13 years before his resignation in
November 2010. This background and his substantial business and governance
experience gained from serving on other Boards, makes him imminently
suitable for appointment as non-executive director of the Company.
The Board wishes to take this opportunity to congratulate Ralph on his re-
appointment and to welcome him back on the Board.
