DE-LISTING OF 1,000,000 PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
NewFunds has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 1,000,000
NewSA participatory interests. The de-listing is as a result of the
redemption of 1,000,000 NewSA participatory interests. Following the de-
listing there will be 2,262,724 NewSA participatory interests in issue.
