Retirement of Mr PMO Curle as Executive Director of Altron
Shareholders are advised that after 17 years of serving on the board of Altron,
Mr Peter Curle has retired as an executive director of the company.
Notwithstanding Peter`s retirement as an executive director of Altron, he will
continue for the foreseeable future to remain associated with the Altron group
by remaining on both the Altron and Allied Technologies Limited (Altech) boards,
as a non-executive director.
Accordingly and in accordance with paragraph 3.59 (c) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Curle`s capacity on the Altron
board will forthwith change from being an executive director to a non-executive
director of the company.
