Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 27 June 2011 whereby
Mr. Petrus Jacobus Stofberg was appointed as acting company secretary of Pioneer
Foods, and shareholders are hereby advised in accordance with rule 3.59 of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited that Ms. Jay-Ann Jacobs has been
appointed as the new company secretary with effect from 1 August 2011.
