Confirmation of directorate change
SABMiller plc has previously announced that Malcolm Wyman would, with effect
from the conclusion of the 2011 Annual General Meeting, retire from the Board.
The Annual General Meeting having taken place earlier today, SABMiller plc
confirms that Mr Wyman has retired from the board.
SABMiller plc also confirms that James ("Jamie") Wilson was elected a director
of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today and as noted in
our previous announcement has succeeded Mr Wyman as Chief Financial Officer.
