Group Holdings shares
Shareholders are advised that the announcement released on Thursday, 21 July
2011 on SENS relating to the disposal of further Life Healthcare Group Holdings
shares contained a typographical error in paragraph 5. The percentage change in
respect of the net asset value per ordinary Mvela Group share and the net
tangible asset value per ordinary Mvela Group share after the disposals of the
Life Healthcare Group shares should have been 2.9% and not 2.59% as stated in
the announcement.
