RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Sanyati shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of
ordinary shareholders held on Monday, 25 July 2011, the requisite
majority of ordinary shareholders passed all of the resolutions as set
out in the notice included in the 2011 annual report, with the exception
of Ordinary Resolution Number 2 - General authority to issue shares, and
to sell treasury shares, for cash.
