DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES
Acquisition
In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of
2008,shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received formal
notification in the prescribed form that Global PS Mining Investments Company
Limited ("Global PS") has acquired a beneficial interest in the securities of
the company, such that the total interest in the securities of the Company held
by Global PS has increased from 13.04% to 24.04% of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
Shareholders are further advised that Global PS acquired these shares from
Yakani Resources (Pty) Ltd ("Yakani").
Disposal
Yakani has also formally notified the Company in the prescribed form that it has
disposed of a beneficial interest in its securities, such that the total
interest in the securities of Miranda held by Yakani has decreased from 32.53%
to 21.54% of the total issued share capital of Miranda.
